Scope of Complaint / Disclosure, which will be prosessed by Whistle Blowing System include the following:

  1. Violation of law, including but not limited to:
    • Fraud, Gratuities, Corruption, Collusion, Nepotism, Conflict of Interest;
    • Deviation from the applicable legislation, including but not limited to tax, labor and environment laws;Acts that endanger work health and safety, or jeopardize the Company security, which may cause financial or non-financial loss and the interests;
    • Violations of Standard Operating Procedure (SOP)
  2. Ethical Violation, including but not limited to:
    • Violation of Code of Business Conduct and Code of Corporate Conduct or violation of the norms of decency in general;
    • Unethical conduct;
    • Abuse of position for other interests outside the Company.

  • Deviations code of ethics / conduct and staffing Regulation
  • Conflict of Interest

Communication media is a channel of communication between Rapporteur and Whistle Blowing System management, which consist of continuous update on complaint/disclosure status, since the report is inputed until the case is closed.

Confidentiality Guarantee and Rapporteur Protection.


The Company is obliged to provide protection for the rapporteur and guarantee the confidentiality of rapporteur identity. The protection guarantee and rapporteur confidentiality is also intended to encourage each of the Company's personnel and other Rapporteur for daring to report violations and ensure the security and confidentiality of the rapporteur and family. The company guarantees that:

  1. Confidentiality of the Rapporteur Identity is guaranteed by the Company.
  2. The Company ensures that protection for Rapporteur from all forms of threats, intimidation, or even unpleasant actions of any party s long as the Rapporteur maintain the secrecy of the complained matter to any party.
  3. Protection against Rapporteur also applies to the parties to carry out the investigation as well as those who provide information related to the Complaint/Disclosure.

The Company is committed to protect the good-willed Rapporteur and the company will adhere to all relevant rules and regulations and best practices applicable in the administration of Rapporteur protection systems.

Basic Principles


The basic principle of the Rapporteur’s complaint/disclosure
submission is as follows:


  • Reporting on an offense must be conducted in good will, not because of personal gain or revenge.

  • Prioritizing the benefits for all Company personnel and its stakeholders.

Information about Whistle Blowing System (WBS) in Rekind,


Whistle Blowing System (WBS) is a system that manages complaint/disclosure regarding unlawful behavior, secretive improper act, anonymous and optimizing the role of human resources and the Company's partner in exposing violations that occur in a corporate environment.

As the Company's efforts to improve the personnel adherence to rules and developing a high ethical culture in activities related to the internal or external parties.  Thus induce a reluctance to commit violations, and there will be an increasing willingness to report violations/abuses, because of the confidence in the effective reporting system.

The Function of Whistle Blowing System (WBS) are:

  1. As a container for complaints handling management / disclosure of actions that allegedly indicated violations / abuse in a corporate environment.
  2. As an early warning system for potential breaches that may become a problem due to an offense that affect the cost and the company's reputation.
  3. As a formal channel especially for Rekind employees and third parties, which include the community, vendors, customers and other stakeholders in Rekind environment to raise concerns / complaints / grievances / disclosure of unlawful conduct.

Information about the Complaints Mechanism


  1. Click the "Complaint" menu to report complaints. Make sure you read the criteria of complaints before sending the complaint. These complaints are anonymous so you do not need to fill in your personal data.
  2. Proceed with filling FORM consisting of the name of the person allegedly involved (can be more than one person), category of offense (several options), Work Unit/Division where the abuse took place (several options), description of violations (Explain who, did what, when, where, why and how), and completes the initial evidence in the form of data, images, recordings, or other documents that could be attached.
  3. Follow the next procedure as outlined in the help menu on the procedures for complaints.
